Application Requirements:
- Applicant must be enrolled in or is a graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Applicant must be eligible for Connecticut licensure
- Applicant must submit to PhORCAS by the specified deadline the following:

- Letter of Intent – including description of personal and professional goals as they relate to clinical pharmacy practice
- Curriculum vitae
- An official School of Pharmacy transcript
- Three letters of recommendation
Qualified applicants will be invited to complete an onsite interview in late January or throughout February. Candidates for our residency program are selected in conjunction with the ASHP Resident Matching Program (the “Match”). Our NMS code is 267713.
