Application Requirements:
- Applicant must be enrolled in or is a graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy
- Applicant must be eligible for New York State pharmacist licensure by the start of the residency year
- Applicant must submit to PhORCAS by the specified deadline the following:

- Letter of Intent – including description of personal and professional goals as they relate to clinical pharmacy practice
- Curriculum vitae
- Official School of Pharmacy transcript
- Three letters of recommendation with at least one from a clinical rotation preceptor
Qualified applicants will be invited to complete a virtual interview; elective onsite tours will be available
All applicants must participate in the match process sponsored by the National Matching Service (NMS)
