Nuvance Health Medical Practice (NHMP) is a multi-specialty medical group dedicated to serving our communities. With more than 27 specialties and services including primary care and gynecological and obstetrical services, NHMP connects you to one of the largest healthcare systems in the Mid-Hudson Valley and northwest Connecticut.

Off-Campus Training Sites

Our programs support away rotations in sub-specialty areas for Pediatrics, at regional Burn Centers, and at major Transplant Centers. These away rotations are structured to enhance trainee experience and provide involvement in the care of patients in these unique settings. We currently support away rotations with New York Presbeterian – Columbia Campus, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Albany Medical Center, Westchester Medical Center, and University of Vermont Medical Center.

Additionally, some of our Connecticut Residency and Fellowships are affiliated with Yale New Haven Health and participate in Yale based rotations, lecture series, and didactic experiences.
